Job Description

Our client, who is a Food Manufacturer and Distributor is currently seeking for a Brand Development Senior Executive.

Responsibilities

·        To Strategize Brand direction and Sales program positioning

·        To plays a managerial role in the production process for all offline marketing materials, technical specifications and Brand development timelines

·        To strikes a balance in ensuring all branding and key information strategies are in line with overall business strategy

·        To works closely with Marketing team, Sales Team, Procurement Team & Warehouse team

·        To plays an analytical role where he/she conducts research and analyses, translating into communication documents and reports, which are distributed to internal key stakeholders.

·        To conducts regular and consistent research keeping brand department informed on best practices and the latest trends in market

·        Recommending strategies to Sales Team to position the brand for growth

·        Analysing brands of competitors, consumer trends and buying behaviours in B2B sector

·        Working with Marketing team on designing and supervising content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media

·        Working with Marketing (Customer team / Internal team) in discussion with appointed advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns

·        Monitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI)

·        Achieving Brand profit targets, timelines and budgets

·        Organising product training, product launches and promotional events

·        Maintaining contact with Brand Principals / key distributors to get critical input on how product implementation can be improved

Develop and give Product presentations to prospective clients and Internal Sales team

Job Requirement

·        At least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any subject

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar/related role (e.g Partnerships, Brand management and/or New Product Development)

·        Strong presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills

·        Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

·        Experience with CRMs

·        Ability to navigate and problem-solve effectively

·        Team leadership experience & strong interest in cooking/baking is advantageous
